Philippine Megalotto 6/45 Delivers Massive Jackpot to Single Ticket Holder in October 2026 Draw
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office confirmed that one Megalotto 6/45 ticket captured the entire jackpot of P115,989,634.14 during the draw conducted on October 16, 2026, and the winning combination consisted of the numbers 08-22-19-10-35-27 while the ticket itself came from an outlet located in Camarines Sur.
Officials released the results through standard channels, and the single winning ticket stood out because no other entries matched all six numbers in that particular draw; the prize amount reflects the accumulated total available for the October 16, 2026, Megalotto 6/45 game, and payment procedures follow established PCSO protocols for jackpot claims.
Details of the Winning Combination and Prize Structure
The sequence 08-22-19-10-35-27 emerged from the official draw machine in the exact order verified by PCSO personnel, and each number corresponds to the standard six-digit format required for Megalotto 6/45 participation; players who matched fewer numbers received lower-tier prizes according to the fixed payout table, yet the grand prize remained reserved exclusively for the one ticket that aligned perfectly with all six drawn figures.
The jackpot figure of P115,989,634.14 represents the cumulative pool that had built up across previous draws without a top-tier winner, and the amount transfers to the ticket holder once identity verification and claim processing conclude at the designated PCSO office; observers note that such single-ticket jackpots occur when number selections avoid common patterns yet still hit the exact combination generated during the live draw event.
Purchase Location and Claim Process
The outlet in Camarines Sur sold the sole winning ticket, and PCSO records list the specific retailer as the point of sale without releasing further personal details until the winner completes the required documentation; individuals who hold winning tickets typically have a set period to present the physical ticket along with valid identification at the main PCSO headquarters in Quezon City.
Staff at the Camarines Sur location confirmed the sale occurred during regular operating hours prior to the October 16, 2026, draw, and the outlet receives a standard commission percentage once the jackpot payout is finalized; the process ensures that the winner can collect the full advertised amount after applicable taxes and deductions are applied under Philippine lottery regulations.
Companion Draw Results for Ultra Lotto 6/58
The same October 16, 2026, session also included the Ultra Lotto 6/58 game, yet no ticket matched the six required numbers for that larger jackpot, and the prize pool therefore rolled over to the subsequent draw according to PCSO rules; this outcome left the Ultra Lotto 6/58 jackpot unclaimed for that date while the Megalotto 6/45 prize found its single recipient.
Draw officials conducted both games sequentially under supervised conditions, and the absence of an Ultra Lotto 6/58 winner simply extended the accumulation period for the next scheduled Ultra Lotto session without affecting the Megalotto payout; records show that rollover mechanics maintain player interest across multiple draws until a qualifying ticket appears.
According to the PCSO announcement, the Megalotto results stood independent of the Ultra Lotto outcome, and separate prize pools operated for each game throughout the evening; participants who entered both draws received separate tickets and therefore faced independent winning probabilities for each format.
Broader Context of the October 16, 2026, Lottery Session
PCSO scheduled the October 16, 2026, draws as part of its regular weekly lineup, and the Megalotto 6/45 component attracted the usual volume of participants across the Philippines; the emergence of a single jackpot winner highlights the random nature of the number selection process while the unclaimed Ultra Lotto 6/58 prize continues its accumulation trajectory into future sessions.
Retailers nationwide reported standard sales activity leading up to the draw, and the Camarines Sur outlet joined other authorized sellers in distributing tickets without advance knowledge of the eventual outcome; verification teams at PCSO cross-checked all entries against the official results before declaring the lone Megalotto winner.
Conclusion
The October 16, 2026, Megalotto 6/45 draw concluded with one ticket holder securing P115,989,634.14 through the numbers 08-22-19-10-35-27 purchased in Camarines Sur, while the accompanying Ultra Lotto 6/58 game carried its jackpot forward without a winner; PCSO continues to manage claim procedures and subsequent draws under established guidelines.
